Across the Sea to Ireland

Monday October 8th

D'Escousse Civic Improvement Hall, D'Escousse – 7:30 PM, Tickets: $30/25, Reserved Seating

Only five miles away from D'Escousse is Rocky Bay, an area that was originally settled by the Irish. We give a nod to the Irish as Tommy Makem’s boys and Alan Kelly’s gang swap songs and tunes from the old country. Cape Bretoners Buddy MacDonald and Rachel Davis will join in with Irish songs and fiddle for a local touch. This will be one of those nights when you’d swear you were across the sea.

Nearby meal: Meat Pie Supper, Our Lady of Assumption Parish Hall
