Brothers and Sisters

Thursday October 16th

St. Peter's Parish Church, Ingonish – 7:30 PM, Tickets: $25, General Admission

There’s something special about siblings who make music together. It usually starts with a family influence, but it always comes with a unique connection. The Beaton Sisters have been playing and dancing together since they were in grade school. Their dual fiddles seem to be intertwined whether driving home a tune or weaving harmonies on a sentimental air. We Banjo 3 is made up of two sets of brothers who also grew up sharing their passion for music in their native Galway and are renowned in Ireland for their virtuosity. When you add close friends like Matt, Mac and Mairi who can’t wait for a chance to play together, this will be an evening of incredible music and probably a touch of devilment. Fiddles, banjos, pipes and fun!
