Highland Village depicts the life of our Highland Scottish ancestors who came to this island in search of a new home. Tonight musical friends Kathleen MacInnes from the Scottish island of South Uist and Laoise Kelly from Ireland bring the music of their island homes to share with some traditional tune players from Cape Breton. The wee church on the hill is a perfect setting for this magical evening of fiddles, pipes, guitar, harp and Gaelic song. Sit back and enjoy the feeling that time is standing still.
