The Cape Breton Fiddlers

Sunday October 7th

Gaelic College, St. Ann's – 2:00 PM, Tickets: $30/25, Reserved Seating

Next year the Cape Breton Fiddlers' Association will celebrate 40 years of preserving and promoting our traditional fiddle music, a goal met in so many ways. With a membership of 100 active players, they perform in large groups or small and are always a thrill for our Celtic Colours audience. The Chaisson Family have likewise kept the tradition of a fiddling festival alive in Rollo Bay, PEI, founded by Bishop Faber MacDonald, Joe Pete Chaisson, and the Eastern Kings Fiddlers Association in July 1976. Together, they’ll make sweet music.

Nearby meal: Thanksgiving Dinner, Gaelic College
