Tunes for the Mira

Sunday October 7th

Marion Bridge Recreation Centre, Marion Bridge – 7:30 PM, Tickets: $30/25, Reserved Seating

Out on the Mira tonight the tunes will fly and the songs will soar. Winnie Chafe is known as the First Lady of the Scottish/Cape Breton fiddle. Backed by her daughter Pat on piano, the duo will love meeting and hearing the amazing Alan Kelly, the unsurpassed King of the Irish accordion. Lewis MacKinnon, known primarily as a Gaelic singer, has recently released an English album and we know you’ll enjoy his rich baritone voice as he joins the mix in the place “fit for Princes and Kings”. Enjoy!

Nearby meal: Supper on the Mira, Mira Seniors and Pensioners Club
