Cape Breton Miners’ Museum Mine Tour

Tuesday October 14th , 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Cape Breton Miners Museum – 17 Museum Street, Glace Bay
Hosted by: Cape Breton Miners Museum
Price: $12 + HST

Situated along the coastline of Glace Bay, the Cape Breton Miners Museum is a tribute to miners and their families.

Your guide will tell you about his life as a miner, the industry and the culture. His true stories will intrigue you as you walk with him through the mine - an experience you will never forget.

You'll be given a cape and hard hat to wear, and each guide has had over 30 years experience working underground, so you are in good, knowledgable hands.

The mine is not wheelchair accessible, however the museum is.

The museum is open regular hours all week so if you miss today's mine tour but plan to be in the area another day, please contact them to book a tour.
