Learn How to Harvest Fish Workshop

Fishing is an important part of the culture in the communities in Northern Cape Breton. In this participatory workshop, people will be invited to learn how to skin and fillet a fish, learn about harvesting techniques, take their fillets in to the Culture Center to have them cooked for a taste test. Demonstrators on site to teach how a lobster trap is made, how to harvest fish, and oyster shucking taste tests.
