“Singing Storytellers” is a multifaceted outreach project organized through Cape Breton University that addresses the lives, music and verbal artistry of bards in our world. The project brings together artists and scholars from around the globe, and is facilitated through partnerships with Celtic Colours International Festival, CBC-Cape Breton and numerous local and international organizations. This day of workshops and lecture-demonstrations, presented by bards from around the world, is open to the public. It may be of special interest to local storytellers and others interested in the storytelling and song. For more information visit www.singingstorytellers.ca
